  • We accept Credit / Debit Card, Online Banking, and Manual Transfer
  • We will only deliver the order once we received the payment.
  • For those who prefer manual transfer, please send your receipt's picture to us (our email) after bank in the amount.

Delivery Method

  1. Weight Based Shipping
    • Seller will help to send out the item to customer site, and the courier charge will be include in order during customer check out.
  2. Pickup From Store
    • Customer need to self collect goods at OSA physical store:

2. Delivery time frame and tracking

  • Our aim is to have your parcel shipped to you as fast as possible. All orders will be delivered and received in 3-7 (suggestion) working days, except pre-order product. We will not ship out the order first if there are pre-order and ready stocks combined in a single order. You will only receive your order at indicated delivery time frame.
  • Our delivery cut-off time is Mon-Fri 12p.m, except for public holidays.
  • To track your parcel, please refer to our 'Delivery Confirmation' email. We will send the mail once we sent out the parcel. You may check the tracking number on your purchase history after you log in One Success Website.
  • Please note that One Success shall not liable to any losses, liabilities, damages, or delays on delivery. 


3. Shipping Coverage

  •  Order are shipped within Malaysia only. We do not ship to P.O. Box address

4. Order changes/ cancellation

  • Once order has been confirmed, One Success will not be able to process any changes or cancellation. Thus, it is highly recommended that all information and order details should be reviewed and confirmed before Check Out.
  • Please check your parcel when you receive. Any delivery risk will be shifted to buyer after the acknowledgement of receipt of delivery.


Return Policy

  • We offer a 30-day money back guarantee (from received date) for defective products. Email your intend for a product return to online@onesa.com.my . Once we've confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us on your own cost and we'll deliver you  the replacement product(s) within 10 - 15 working days (for stock item) or based on indicated delivery time frame for pre-order item.
  • To return your products, please send the whole product(s) back with its original packaging to:
